What will you be working on initially?

The Recruiter’s main goal is to strengthen the Trustee team with people who are capable of delivering more than what is expected of them.

At the beginning, you will:

• -manage the full recruitment cycle — from defining the candidate profile to successful onboarding;

• -source strong candidates through LinkedIn, Telegram, professional communities, referrals, and unconventional channels;

• -work closely with hiring managers to define profiles for future team members;

• -conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ soft skills, hard skills, and cultural fit;

• -build and maintain your own talent pool of strong professionals;

• -continuously improve recruitment processes and their efficiency.

And that’s just the beginning — you’ll grow from filling individual positions to helping build a full-scale talent acquisition system at Trustee.

We’re looking for a copywriter deeply immersed in the crypto space, who can create high-quality, informative, and engaging content for our website.
We expect:

• Excellent command of the English language;
• Understanding of the crypto market and hands-on experience using crypto services;
• Basic understanding of how Trustee Plus works;
• Writing samples on cryptocurrency-related topics and willingness to complete a test task.

Experience in writing guides and how-to instructions will be an advantage.
Work format: remote. For the first three months, the role will be project-based; after successfully passing the probation period, there is an opportunity to join the team on a permanent basis.

Hello! We’re looking for an experienced Retention Manager who will help ensure our users spend around 20–23 hours a day in our app, actively use all features, participate in every promotion, and recommend us to their friends.
